To place a call on hold, press the “Hold” button. To retrieve a call, press the hold button again. The hold button on the screen will only appear when on a call and will change to “Resume” when a call is on hold. You may also use the second hold button located near the bottom right of the phone. When you place a call on Hold, only you will be able to retrieve that call.
