Information provided does not constitute a binding service agreement unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative.

2. SMS / 10DLC Messaging Terms

By providing your email or phone number and opting in to messaging, you consent to receive official notifications from NewEra, including SMS and MMS messages related to service updates, outages, account notifications, billing alerts, support communications, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can text HELP for support.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enroll.

3. Privacy Policy

Information We Collect:

We may collect personal and business contact information (name, phone number, email address, company name, service address), call routing data, account information, communication preferences, and website usage data.

How We Use Information:

SMS Privacy:

No phone/mobile number information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Changes

We may update this Agreement at any time. Updates will be reflected with a revised effective date.
